1. Do we have to change our website to add this product?

You have to add or change the link which will take your customers to the booking process. Other than that you don't have to change your website for anything.

2. Do we need to sign up for a payment gateway? Can you help us with that setup?

Yes, you need to sign up for a payment gateway like Authorize.net, Verisign or Sage. Our product supports these three payment gateways now. We might add additional payment gateway in the future. We can help you to sign up for a payment gateway if you have not found one yet.

3. Is there a minimum contract period?

There is no minimum contract period to sign up for the services with us. It is a monthly charge and when you do not need the service you can cancel it.

4. What is the set up fees for?

The set up fees is to make the pages for event booking look like your own websites.

5. How long will it take to get the services and start working in our site?

You will get access to the back office control panel instantly after paying online. You can start setting up the events after logging in. It usually takes 5 business days for us to get your site integrated with your design. You should have your payment gateway ready to go live.
